Working with the Broker

Step One
I walk you through the residence collection — Suite & Room, one- to four-bedroom, duplexes, and the Penthouse Collection — and the four marble palettes, comparing exposures, floors, and floor plans against the way you actually live.
Step Two
When you find the right residence, I prepare the reservation agreement, walk you through the deposit structure, and coordinate document signing — typically completed within forty-eight hours.
Step Three
From contract through closing and delivery, I monitor construction milestones, deposit calls, and design selections — and stay on after closing if you would like furnishing, rental, or resale support.
